Commercial Growth Internship

Your Role

As a Commercial Growth Intern, you will be an essential part of our commercial and marketing team. You will contribute to both supportive and independent projects within our fast-growing AI consultancy, helping to build AdamI's visibility and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation & CRM management: Identify and approach potential clients, manage our CRM system, and support outreach campaigns.
• Digital marketing: Contribute to marketing campaigns, social media, and content creation.
• Event activation: Support and organize AI-related events, networking sessions, and meet-ups.
• Sales & business development: Identify commercial opportunities and support the sales team.
• Market research & competitor analysis: Explore trends and developments in the AI market.
• AI tooling & sales optimization: Research and evaluate AI tools, improve sales workflows, and optimize CRM structures.

Your Profile

• Enrolled in an HBO or university-level program in Commercial Economics, Marketing, or International Business.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to take initiative.
• Strong interest in AI, innovation, and technology.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Available for 3–6 months.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
