This interactive session (for 5–50 participants) introduces your team to the essentials of AI: what it is, what it isn’t, where it came from, and where it’s going. We combine clear explanations with real-world examples from your industry, proven use cases from other domains, and live demos of accessible tools. The goal: spark understanding, excitement, and practical inspiration for how AI could benefit your organization.
Deep Dives
These 3-hour working sessions go beyond exploration, we dive deep into a specific team or department's processes to identify and develop real AI opportunities. Together, we map existing workflows, highlight pain points, and brainstorm where AI could create value. High-priority use cases are not only defined and ranked, but where possible, quick wins are already worked out in detail, making them ready for immediate next steps or implementation.
Management Sessions
In this focused 2-hour session, we align your leadership team on what AI can mean for your organization, and where to start. After a short introduction, we facilitate an interactive discussion to surface ideas, map them visually, and assess their value and feasibility. Through dot-voting and group input, we select 1–3 high-potential AI use cases to take forward. Outcomes are captured immediately for the next phase.
