Niels brings a background in international business and management, and focuses on helping organisations turn AI strategy into measurable business results. As co-founder, he sets AdamI's strategy and leads the relationships with the organisations we help turn AI ambition into working solutions.

Philip combines a background in artificial intelligence and data science with hands-on experience designing and building AI systems for enterprise clients. As co-founder of AdamI, he sets the technical direction and architecture of our solutions, and he is also co-founder of The Stack, the AI hub in Amsterdam.

Before AdamI, Roel co-founded an AI consultancy focused on LLM and RAG applications and worked as a data scientist at a university. As co-founder and COO of AdamI, he runs delivery and leads projects such as an AI research agent that gathers around 70 data points per municipality for a sales team.

Steven has worked as interim manager, interim CEO and CFO across several industries, specialising in business model transitions such as print to digital and product to service. As co-founder, he is responsible for finance, contracting and the commercial structure of AdamI's client engagements.

Albert brings extensive legal experience to AI projects, covering contracts, data protection and regulatory compliance, and has successfully built and scaled several companies. As co-founder of AdamI, he advises clients and our teams on AI governance, compliance and the EU AI Act.

Meike combines a technical and business background with long experience in business development and building lasting client partnerships. At AdamI, she drives new business and partnerships, connecting organisations with our AI solutions and training programmes.

Jonathan founded an AI company applying deep learning to quantitative finance and researched diffusion models for assistive voice technology. At AdamI, he is technical lead on projects such as a multi-agent compliance system for a global energy company and an AI knowledge assistant supporting thousands of retail stores.

Noah has been building since high school, where he graduated with a self-built delivery drone. With a BSc in Creative Technology, he builds AI that people genuinely want to use. At AdamI, he turns AI into complete products, from grading handwritten exams to multilingual safety cartoons for maritime crews and an AI patient coach for a health clinic.

Pieter worked on a lunar CubeSat mission for a European space programme, optimised supply chains for a global brewer and co-founded a digital operations consultancy. At AdamI, he led an AI system that moves email orders straight into the ERP of a logistics company, and works on an AI operating model for a lease company.

At a Big Four firm, Reimer built NLP models for regulatory compliance software and GenAI tools that automate parts of the IT audit process. At AdamI, he builds agentic RAG systems and planning tools, including a document search assistant for a professional services organisation.

Mart worked as a software and cloud architect and tech lead, building custom cloud platforms and conversational AI. At AdamI, he builds AI agents and document extraction pipelines, including automated form processing that saves a financial services firm 20 hours a month.

Euan has spent over ten years in healthcare data and AI, including tech lead roles at a large health insurer. At AdamI, he builds an AI agent that bundles all data per address for real estate assessments, and agents that check software for security and compliance before release.

John brings a background in German software engineering and enterprise development, combining technical depth with a strong intuition for building robust, practical solutions. He contributes across the full project lifecycle, from shaping requirements and architecture to delivering production-ready software. At AdamI, he has developed autonomous browser agents that automate B2B purchasing workflows and built a next-generation SaaS platform for the construction and installation sector.

Jochem brings a strong mathematical and econometric background to building and evaluating AI and machine learning solutions. At AdamI, he builds a chatbot that makes a large library of tax models searchable for a professional services organisation.

Hamza is a full-stack developer who built and runs production web applications alongside his studies. At AdamI, he develops Beluga, our European-hosted AI workspace, and builds review dashboards for AI-driven order processing.

Sjoerd combines a strong quantitative background in econometrics and analytics with experience turning data into business decisions. At AdamI, he leads our AI activities in the Caribbean, building client projects in the region.

Chiara has a background in data science and data mining, including research applying analytics to a nationwide healthcare dataset. At AdamI, she builds and runs the community around The AI Foundry, organising tech talks, hackathons and member events.

Vic gained experience in business development and account management at an international logistics company and a credit insurer, and leads a hospitality team in Amsterdam. At AdamI, Vic organises our hackathons and events, including Demo Day.

Charlotte combines a legal background with experience in media, branded content and key account management, and works as a presenter and day chair. At AdamI, she moderates our events and panel discussions on AI, keeping the conversation sharp, energetic and to the point.

Titus works on end-to-end AI solutions, from processing raw documents to deploying models that run reliably in production. At AdamI, he works on automatic anonymisation of sensitive documents and AI that digitises paper timesheets, saving an agrifood company about 1.5 FTE.

Sem combines software engineering studies with hands-on experience building AI-powered applications. At AdamI, he contributes to client and internal projects within our engineering team.

Zineddine is developing as an AI engineer, building practical AI solutions across the full development cycle. At AdamI, he contributes to internal and client projects with end-to-end AI solutions.

Angela works at a leading Dutch telecom and IT provider, where she focuses on the financial sector, digital resilience, cybersecurity and responsible AI, after earlier roles at a global CRM software company. On AdamI's Strategic Board, she brings financial-sector insight to help align our AI solutions with the needs of banks, insurers and other financial institutions.

Bas is a senior executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, business development, innovation and procurement at international retail, service and food companies, including roles as Chief Commercial Officer and Sales & Business Development Director. On AdamI's Strategic Board, he brings deep FMCG and food retail expertise, helping organisations in the sector turn AI ambition into measurable growth.

Arjen brings decades of senior leadership in automotive retail and wholesale, including ten years as managing director of an exclusive multi-brand car dealership and a role as national director of a premium car brand. Today he runs his own consultancy and car company, and on AdamI's Strategic Board he helps automotive organisations bridge the gap between AI innovation and real business value.

Guy is a healthcare entrepreneur with a background as consultant, finance professional and director, who has founded and co-owns several organisations in primary care, from speech and language therapy and professional training to e-health applications. On AdamI's Strategic Board, he brings deep healthcare expertise, helping care organisations apply AI responsibly to support professionals and patients.

Carlo is a well-known Dutch automotive journalist and commentator, co-hosting a popular car podcast on national business radio, writing columns and appearing as an automotive expert on national television and radio. Marieke has over 25 years of experience in agtech across more than 50 countries, with roles at technology companies, a leading agricultural research university and international organisations; she founded an open-source food traceability platform and sits on the global board of an international agriculture forum.
