AI changes how organizations work. Most transitions start with the technology and expect people to adapt. We believe it should be the other way around.

At AdamI, people are at the center. Our operating platform is built around people and the value they create, not the other way around. AI is how we redefine processes and procedures. It is never the goal in itself.

As AI Adoption Lead, you put that vision into practice. You guide clients through the transition of their processes and procedures, from the way they work today to a redefined way of working with AI. You make sure people understand the change, support it and make it their own. You also make the value measurable. Within AdamI, you build adoption into a discipline of its own.

What you'll do

• Analysis: map how processes and procedures run today, and where people lose time, value or energy.
• Redefine: design, together with clients and their teams, the AI-supported way of working of tomorrow, starting from the people who will work with it.
• Transition: turn that design into a transition plan covering stakeholders, communication, training and a phased rollout, and lead its execution.
• People: guide users and management through the change, and take resistance and concerns seriously. Adoption is built with people, not imposed on them.
• Impact: define KPIs for adoption and business value, measure them, and show clients what the change delivers.
• Feedback: bring insights from the field back to our engineers, so our operating platform keeps evolving around how people actually work.
• Method: build AdamI's approach to adoption and transition, from playbooks to governance and compliance, including the EU AI Act.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in change management, process improvement or leading business transitions.
• A proven track record of changes that actually stuck, not just ones that were rolled out.
• A genuine belief that technology serves people, and the ability to put that into practice.
• A solid understanding of what AI can and cannot do, and the ability to talk with engineers as easily as with business owners and end users.
• You're willing to roll up your sleeves: picking up small technical tasks or projects together with our engineers is a plus.
• Experience with process modelling and change methods such as Lean, BPMN or ADKAR is a plus.
• A pragmatic, results-driven approach and persuasiveness without pushing.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
