As a Senior AI Engineer at AdamI, you take full ownership of the AI solutions we build for our clients - from architecture decisions to production deployment. You work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and real business problems, leading technical delivery while shaping how AdamI builds and ships. You set the standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy end-to-end AI applications - including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and agentic systems - that create measurable impact for clients.
• Design scalable backend services and data processing pipelines that integrate with enterprise systems (CRMs, internal databases, legacy APIs).
• Develop and optimize advanced RAG architectures using hybrid search, re-ranking, and filtering strategies for high-fidelity AI output.
• Build agentic ecosystems with multi-agent communication and external tool integrations using frameworks like MCP or A2A.
• Own cloud infrastructure and deployment - provisioning and managing containerized environments across development, staging, and production (GCP/Terraform/Docker).
• Implement enterprise-grade security: authentication via EntraID, access controls, prompt injection mitigation, and data anonymization.
• Lead technical direction within project teams, mentor medior and junior engineers, and contribute to internal engineering standards.
• Work directly with clients to translate complex requirements into architecture decisions and working software.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within consulting, product development, or enterprise AI delivery.
• Strong full-stack development skills: Python and FastAPI for backend logic; Next.js and Tailwind CSS for frontend.
• Deep hands-on experience building production RAG systems and orchestrating multi-agent workflows.
• Proficiency with GCP and infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform, Docker).
• Experience integrating enterprise authentication and identity management (EntraID / Azure AD).
• Solid Git-based workflow discipline - branching strategies, PRs, CI/CD, clean codebases.
• Ability to communicate technical architecture clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
