Strategic Partnership Manager

AI is changing the world. AdamI helps organizations make that change real, from first insight to full adoption. Partnerships are a new channel for doing that at greater scale.

As Strategic Partnership Manager at AdamI, you build this channel. You connect AdamI with partners who strengthen our offering. Together with them, you develop new ways to help clients move further, creating a new source of revenue. The foundation is already there in the form of a strong network. Your job is to turn it into results.

What you'll do

• Strategy: define which partners we grow with and how our proposition is positioned for them and their clients.
• Planning: translate that strategy into a concrete plan with clear priorities, targets and a partner pipeline.
• Execution: close and activate partnerships, build joint go-to-market and convert it into projects and revenue.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, go-to-market or business development, ideally in tech, AI, cloud or consultancy.
• A proven track record of strategic partnerships made successful, not just signed.
• A network in the Dutch tech or AI ecosystem, or the ability to build one fast.
• Enough technical depth to discuss GenAI, agents and cloud with engineers and partners.
• A strategic thinker who also owns execution, and a strong communicator with business owners and partners alike.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, results-driven and comfortable with ambiguity.
• You speak fluent Dutch and English.
