This community forms the backbone of our knowledge development, talent growth, and innovation capability. To further professionalize and scale this community, we are looking for a dedicated Community Manager.
Role Overview
The Community Manager is responsible for building, activating, and scaling AdamI’s AI Engineers community. You create an environment where knowledge sharing, learning, collaboration, and recruitment naturally come together.
This role combines strong organizational skills with genuine curiosity for AI and technology. You will work closely with the AdamI leadership team, consultants, and external partners, and play a key role in shaping how talent and knowledge flow through our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Community Management & Growth
- Manage and grow the AI Engineers community, both online and offline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members
- Design initiatives that increase engagement, knowledge sharing, and long-term loyalty
Recruitment & Talent Development
- Support recruitment through the community (talent spotting, referrals, matchmaking)
- Align closely with AdamI consultants and partners on talent demand
- Contribute to the design of learning paths and talent development initiatives
Events, Training & Activation
- Organize monthly community events such as meetups, knowledge sessions, and talks
- Collaborate with speakers, trainers, and ecosystem partners
The Ideal Profile
- Master’s level (WO) work and thinking level
- Experience with employer branding, talent acquisition or managing communities & events
- Strong affinity with AI, technology, and/or engineering
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, independent, and naturally connecting people
- Entrepreneurial spirit: always on the lookout for new opportunities and curious mindset aimed towards adding value
- Comfortable working with highly skilled, critical professionals
- Fluent in Dutch and English
