Limited Internal AI Adoption and Lack of Strategy

Employees were unsure how to apply tools like ChatGPT effectively, and there was no structured roadmap for leveraging AI across the organization. Without a clear strategy, opportunities for efficiency gains, innovation, and business-wide adoption risked being missed.

The goal was to build internal AI capability, establish best practices, and create a short- and long-term strategy for AI implementation and adoption across the organization.

AI Training, Workshops, and Roadmap Development

To embed AI effectively, we followed a structured approach combining training, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning:

  • Kick-off: Interactive sessions with five departments to raise awareness, build confidence, and generate initial AI use cases. (33 employees trained in AI fundamentals and ChatGPT basics)
  • Stakeholder Interviews: In-depth interviews to map current processes, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for quick wins. (16 interviews conducted; 52 bottlenecks identified)

ChatGPT Training & Workshops: Practical workshops on using ChatGPT effectively, including prompt engineering and applying AI to department-specific use cases. (Each department now has custom GPTs and can work independently with them)
